2023 GP Patient Survey results

************************** 2023 GP Patient Survey results just published show Wootton Vale & Shortstown Surgery scores high on Patient Satisfaction *************************

Thank you to our patients for taking the time to complete the Ipsos survey forms. Based on this feedback, the practice has achieved a high overall experience rating which puts us above both the national and local averages. We are pleased to say that we are in the top 25% performing practices.

The highest scores were for given for the Appointment Experience which were in the 80 to 90%.

The “Accessing the Practice” scores were a little lower although up on the previous year showing that the work we are doing to improve this and making it easier to contact us is paying off. However, we appreciate that there is still work to be done to improve this. Therefore, we are investing in new technology to improve this. We have several projects currently underway and so you will begin to see some improvements over the coming months.
